🏆️ Japanese Afterwork in Paris – Team Building And Buffet
We invite you to share a friendly moment with your colleagues during an afterwork event in the form of a Japanese team building. Each participant will create a painting on the theme of Japan while enjoying Japanese cuisine.
No need to be an expert in Japanese prints — thanks to the variety of stencils, everyone will be able to create an attractive canvas.
We offer two options:

At Acaci’Art if you have up to 10 participants.

At the Japanese restaurant Oasis if you have more than 10 participants. This venue is adjacent to ours and is our culinary partner.

⌛️ How does the afterwork painting dinner take place?
Our facilitators will welcome you, provide the protective gear, and explain the proper use of spray paints and acrylic markers. We use aerosols suitable for indoor use, with no impact on the tasting experience.
At the start of the event, we will open bottles of Japanese beer, sake, Gewurztraminer, and soft drinks.
Each artist will supervise a team of 10 colleagues during the team building. They will advise and assist as needed with composition, colors, and finishing touches.
After the two hour painting workshop, the afterwork will begin with a buffet of assorted makis, partly vegetarian. For dessert, we will serve delicious matcha panna cotta.
Our venue and the restaurant will be available to you for an additional two hours.
This team building will satisfy everyone creatively and gastronomically—even those who are usually reluctant to paint.
📢 Important Information
- Please do not arrive early, as we are preparing the room.
- For groups larger than 10 people, we will take care of reserving the nearby restaurant Oasis at 147 rue Gallieni in Boulogne Billancourt.
- We provide gloves, masks, and aprons, but guests should wear old clothes.
- We use special odorless sprays that do not interfere with tasting.
- The menu includes vegetarian options.
- Please inform us in advance of any allergies.
